We have had multiple orders with the incorrect method of delivery/collection, we just want to confirm when a order comes through to Dogs Choice, our picking team only get a print out of the following:
Name, Delivery/Collection Method And The Items Needed To Be Picked
Therefore for example if John Smith Placed a order for collection in Doncaster the picker will only know this information but John Smith Lives 200 Miles Away and our picker wouldnt know this please make sure you select the correct method. They Maybe A RESTOCKING CHARGE ON ANY REFUNDS REQUESTED THATS NOT OUR FAULT.
