We currently deliver to most locations throughout the United Kingdom.
If we are unable to deliver to your postcode, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable solution.

Mainland UK
From just £8.00 per 20kg
Scottish Highlands & Remote Areas
From £16.00 per 20kg
Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your postcode and order weight.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared Monday to Friday.
Dispatch Days
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Thursday
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Frozen Raw Food Deliveries
Our frozen products are carefully packed using insulated packaging designed to maintain temperature throughout transit.
This includes:
- Raw dog food
- Complete meals
- Raw meaty bones
- Frozen treats
- Chilled products
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive frozen deliveries whenever possible.
Product Condition Upon Arrival
Frozen products may arrive:
✔ Fully frozen
✔ Partially frozen
✔ Slightly thawed but still cold
If your products are still cold to the touch and contain ice crystals, they are generally suitable for refreezing.
Upon delivery, please:
- Check your order.
- Transfer frozen products to your freezer as soon as possible.
- Contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.
Delivery Times
While we always aim for prompt delivery, delivery times are estimates only.
Delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Traffic disruption
- Courier delays
- Public holidays
- Operational issues outside our control
We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
Safe Place Deliveries
If you choose to leave delivery instructions requesting your parcel be left in a safe place:
- Responsibility for the order passes to you once delivered.
- We cannot accept responsibility for theft, damage, weather exposure, or temperature changes after delivery.
For frozen goods, we strongly recommend delivery directly to a recipient wherever possible.
Failed Deliveries
Additional charges may apply if delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address details
- No access to the property
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate when placing your order.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
Our team will investigate and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
