1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most areas within the United Kingdom.
Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.
If we are unable to deliver to your postcode, we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Order Processing
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are generally prepared during normal business days:
Monday – Friday
And Despatched Mon,Tue & Thur
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, processing times may be extended.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight
- Product type
- Courier requirements
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
4. Frozen & Perishable Products
Many of our products are frozen and perishable.
These products are carefully packed using insulated packaging to help maintain temperature during transit.

We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries containing frozen products.
5. Product Condition on Arrival
Frozen products may arrive:
- Fully frozen
- Partially frozen
- Slightly thawed but still cold
If products remain cold to the touch and contain ice crystals, they are generally suitable for refreezing.
Customers should inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
If there are concerns regarding product condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence may be required.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only.
While we work closely with our delivery partners, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Delivery schedules may be affected by:

- Public holidays

We shall not be liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Incorrect delivery details may result in additional charges or delays.
8. Safe Place Deliveries
If you request delivery to a designated safe place:
- Responsibility for the order transfers to you once the parcel has been delivered.
- Doncaster Raw Foods LTD cannot accept responsibility for theft, damage, weather exposure, or temperature changes after delivery.
We strongly recommend that frozen products are delivered directly to a recipient whenever possible.
9. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address information
- No access to the property
- Failed delivery attempts
additional delivery charges may apply.
Perishable products affected by failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
10. Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Description of the issue
- Photographs of any damage
- Details of missing items
We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
11. Non-Perishable Products
Non-perishable products are shipped using standard courier services and may be delivered separately from frozen goods.

Delivery times for non-perishable items may differ from frozen product deliveries.
12. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
